    • Nose
      Clementine, lavender honey, lilac. Gourmet but dry at the same time, very pleasant. It evolves towards orange blossom and a more acidic honey (lemon tree?)
    • Taste
      Lots of honey at the start, dry spices (cumin, cinnamon) and a little white pepper.
    • Finish
      On honey and white grapes.

    Frankly, a very nice surprise. The reduction is not felt, it's good, quite complex for a "small" whisky reduced.
    • Nose
      Apple, fresh white grapes and dry white grapes, some clouds of iodine. A pastry side too, in the form of cinnamon biscuits. A very nice nose. Some hints of paper glue, too.
    • Taste
      Oily in the mouth, and fruity. Slight bitterness of citrus peel. Sweet apple, a little white grapefruit, and light salty notes
    • Finish
      The dry white grapes are back, coated with grains of sea salt. This iodized air goes up in the nose.

    But what a nose! Magnificent! The rest does not follow unfortunately. Nice overall despite everything. Interesting starter.
    • Nose
      Very beautiful, clean, rich, stuctured, floral. Honey per kilo, vanilla, jelly confectionery, a nice wax. Pineapple gums coated with icing sugar. Yum. So greedy. Vanilla ice cream scented.
    • Taste
      Below the nose. Drier than the nose. We do not find enough the thickness, the complexity of the nose. The development is quite short.
    • Finish
      Bitterness rather pleasant, but becomes frankly invasive when you add a little water. So you know what you have to do (not do).
