A classic Speyside single malt, matured in a combination of oak ex-bourbon casks and ex-sherry butts for a minimum of 10 years.

Nose

Malty, spicy, mint toffee.

Taste

Distinctively clinging mouth feel, with long-lasting flavour development. Both sweetness and spicy, peppery dryness in its malt character. Nutmeg and berry fruit.

Finish

Lingering, smooth, aromatic, clean.

A whisky also for non Whisky drinkers. It is easy to say a "run-of-the-mill", for me one of the best price-perfomance value, i like it.
