Fruity (apples, pears, bananas), honey, vanilla
Creamy, oily, honey, vanilla, fruity
Medium long, fruity, sweet
- Aroma: vanilla, some banana, sweet green fruit, caramel, apple, citrus aromas, neatly strong, something like coconut, pear, oak, marshmallow, chocolate, an idea of rum raisins, parsley, cream gourds (Werthers);
Taste: fruity, sweet, dry am. Oak, full-bodied, full-bodied, strong vanilla, apple, pear, mint, cream gourds (Werthers);
Finish: Pretty long, with some dry sweetness and stuff like apple, chocolate, spicy;
Conclusion: My 1st over 20 years! Very neat, from the Boubon barrel, delicious and inexpensive! From a good boubon barrel whisky about 15 years old not a big step, but a fine one! Still pretty powerful. Something stronger in the aroma and he would be the whisky for me!
- This is a very simple, albeit flawless and perfectly
quaffable, sping whisky. Just under 60 EUR in the airport. Thanks, VC!
The nose is immediately honeysweet on white fruit,
apples and pears, and vanilla custard. Actimel with strawberries! Marshmallows. A bit of bubblegum. Fresh and lively (read: young), albeit somewhat
Slightly oily on the palate. A bit grainy with again
that European orchard fruit. Pineapple cubes, icing sugar. Again something that
makes me think of dairy product. The bubblegum checks in as well, which makes
him seem quite young. Hardly any spices.
Sweet and docile.
The finish is pretty long and fruity.
