    • Nose
Sherry + peat, a perfect example here, sherry is loud, peat is faint, smoky rather than peaty, smoked fish, iodine, fruity, raisins, dried seaweeds, dried plums, very mouthwatering just sniffing it.
    • Taste
Silky and fruity, perfect peat and sherry marriage, very complex, a lot of umami, leather, jammy dark fruits, huge camphor, salty roasted ham, elegant, fresh and lively, iodine, some rough peat at the end.
    • Finish
Long, camphor, dense charcoal, peat, dried cranberries.

Tasted at Old and Rare 2020. No tasting notes taken, excellent whisky.
