- To be honest it's a bit too botanical for me
Leafy, grassy, vegetables, green fruits, carambola, geranium
Oily, citric, subtle sweetness, little spicy
Medium long, warm
- Blind tasting.
Fruity - melon, apple and mandarins and marizpan. Citrus, pine resin and some wax.
Malty, pastry, honey, creamy fruits and tropical fruits - pine apple. Dusty - saw dust and with water cooked vegetables.
Sweet going into medium drying, citrus and herbs - basil.
Citrus, almond, tangerine, caster sugar, vanilla and a little caramel. Quite heavy in the alcohol in first instance.
Citrus, almond, pecan nut, orange, caster sugar and caramel.
Almond, orange, caramel, hazelnut, roasted chestnut and a whiff of smoke.
