    • Nose
Vanilla, malt notes, fruit candies, flour, freshly sawn board, green apple, sweet pastries, broken branch, spring green grass, creamy fudge. Juicy, fresh. 23
    • Taste
Moderate, moderately sweet. Pinching, despite a low degree. Fruit lollipops, formic acid, flour, earthy and malt notes, wood tannins, alcohol bitterness. twenty
    • Finish
Medium in length, wood tannins and alcoholic bitterness dominate. twenty
An interesting aroma, but the taste and finish are noticeably inferior to it. All in all, a pretty typical, spicy Irishman. Balance 20

    ireland = sweetness?
    • Nose
      malty sweetness
fruits on the apple, and exotic fruits in return
      very creamy, candy scent
      little spicy
    • Taste
green apple, chewing gum "end of life"!
bitterness, having a bitter almond concentrate
there is always the pastry sensation too, with vanilla, vanilla cream exactly.
    • Finish
simple, medium to short on the same flavors, it's a bit bland!

    • Nose
Very rich, very fruity, succulent ripened fruitiness. Tropical fruits, nectarines, greengage plums, marmalade, quince paste?, apple-flavoured bubble gum, hints of spa wafers, gummy candies, and bits of sugared lime.
    • Taste
Astringent to the fore, with herbal roughness, sappy, grassy almost, liquorice (astringency), bitter, candied almonds, walnuts?, hazelnuts. The mouth feel is mellow and light-bodied. There is restricted oakiness there, mild/thin vanilla, crisp toasts, roasted pistachios.
    • Finish
Simple and unpretentious finish, soft, yet warming still. Tart/green? peach, tasting nice though, bites of wild orange, orange rind/zest, bergamot oil? and some mild spices.
