Vanilla. Wax. Honey. Apples and lemons. Some plasticine. A little hay and dustiness.
Sweet and creamy. Toffee. Clover honey, wax and heather.
Medium long. Honey. Lasting sweetness.

Spices, honey and citrus - lemon. A touch of smoke, some wax and malty.
Citrus - lemon, grains and bitter fruits. Smoke and spices - cloves.
Medium drying with mint, some ashes and bitter fruits.
Lemon, vanilla, orange, malt sugar, almond and apple.
Lemon, caramel, malt and smoke.
Toffee, smoke, gingerbread spices and a little lime. Quite an evolution compared to the soft fruity nose.

Colour: Dark straw.
Nose: Sweet with a hint of malt. A subtle burst of heather honey emerges and
comes to the fore. Delicate hay like notes linger.
Palate: Fresh and fruity with stewed green apples. A pronounced sweet edge
and a very light hint of smoke.
Nose: Fresh and fruit, with a strong herbal nose - minty. Hints of ripe summer
fruits - pears and a hint of honey.
Palate: Some spice initially - hints of chilli warmth. Sweet with a hint of fresh
Body: Light and rich.
Finish: Long and warming.
Cask Type(s): Refill Sherry butts.
Whisky Style: An easy drinking Speysider.
