Something fascinating Other from the distillery at the foot of our highest mountain. After being stored in one of our own sherry gordas, the malt assumed a bright amber color. Undiluted are ginger, angelica root, wheat semolina and lemon cake. Next to it are sherry, rum and raisins, spent matches and fireworks. The taste is powerful and irresistible - ginger spice and sweetness, notes of wine and meat with fine traces of sulfur on the finish. With water, rush mats, cocktail sausages and the sweet Scottish drink Irn Bru appear in the fragrance. With water, the taste is more accessible: orange liqueur and barley sugar and some licorice in the finish.
