Nose: Mirabelle, pear & apple, buttered brioche, wholemeal toast with salted butter, some gental autumal notes; leaves & moss. ‘School Dinner’ custard, rosewater.
Palate: Sweet with notes of pear drops, candyfloss, charred pineapple, orange cordial, barley water, charred oak, vanilla, kaffir lime leaf and touches of gordal olives
Finish: Really love the candyfloss note! Some flint, oak, spice and ripe kiwi
