    aroma:
Pistachio cream Hazelwood Slightly waxy Pear tart Light apple sour As time goes by, vanilla oak that has been creamed as a whole begins to squeeze, then a slightly heavy impression
    taste:
Hogsked Speyside long maturity molding is sufficient, but the individuality is remarkable (especially salty)
On the base of thin hazelnut cream, concentrated juice of green apple and pear, oak tannin tightened by sultana raisin Spices of cumin + turmeric tend to increase from the middle to the late stage. Although it is numb from the time, it gradually increases the salt concentration, and at the same time, it fuses with spices and adds pungent pungency
    finish:
Green apple + pear fruit feeling Pleasant and comfortable vanilla oak briny & spicy
    comment:
Did you hear that INCHGOWER Chojuku is a delicacy? Don't worry about that! The typical and long-lasting type of personality, it's really delicious!

Gets much better with a lot of air -- don't judge it just after opening the bottle ;-)

Single dram note, 8 x Inchgower vertical tasting. 10_2012.
    2nd open pass w water.
    • Nose
floral, but musty & with an older/heavier style, rubber, grainy/cereal, apples, citrus, a slightly sour edge, somewhat plastic-y beeswax, distant (coal) smoke. (88)
W water: lighter, more mineral & malty, more citrus, a little bit dishwasher-esque, slightly waxy, also a sprinkle of cellulose. (86)
    • Taste
quite aggressive alc, old malt style, white chocolate, wood spices, (87)
W water: malty, oily, oat cakes. (85)
    • Finish
more old malt flavours, honey, slight tobacco, faint diesel, turning sour & a tad bitter in the end. (86)
W water: more malt, oak & oat, but also a tad metallic, faint white chocolate, fruity/apple-y sourness at the end. (86)
