I've had it in my glass before. I was much more exuberant then. The impressions at the whisky fair were certainly present. Still: I like this wonderfully fruity style. Some whisky nerds say that Littlemill is more of a fruit brandy than a whisky. I don't care, I'll drink it if you don't want it ;-)

Slightly grassy notes begin. Then it becomes wonderfully fruity. Yellow and green fruits in particular. Oranges, grapefruit, kiwi, apple come to mind. Also grains and a little vanilla.

With a spicy note, it first pinches the tongue. There's chilli, pepper, and ginger. When it has calmed down after a few turns and the creamy, silky texture has spread in the mouth, these notes evaporate. Then a fruitiness spreads with a few bitter substances in it. As if you were processing pods and kernels. In addition, a nice sweetie. Precisely.

A fresh bread, I have both black bread and baguette, with a yellow fruit jelly on it. In addition a few toasted aromas. There is also apple and green tea. Some grain again. Maybe a few nuts too. The length is great.
