Starts dry and fresh. But a lot of caramel and some coconut.
With a little time in the glass more honey sweetness and vanilla. Fresh honeydew melon and a grassy touch. Bit of light wine cream. In the background some sorrel and warm sage tea.
Young, fresh start. Slightly metallic and lots of fresh wood with a pleasant bitterness. Vanilla and caramel at the start. But not as intense as in the nose. Mendel splinters, dry waffle and unripe peach in combination with some coconut.
With the second sip, the colleague has something of Grain. Grainy sweetness with some glue. Not meant to be derogatory.
medium length First dry and slightly bitter, with metallic hints. Then creamy sweetness and towards the end, subtly tropical.
