Nose: fresh, slightly pungent, peppery pungency, flowery, grassy, spicy, light cinnamon notes, with the addition of a hint of smoke. Leaving him more time, also shows a pleasantly subtle vanilla note. The bottom line is dominated by a grassy green stinging in the nose.

Taste: peppery sparkling, peppery burning on the tongue, very soft, quickly becoming quite strong, beautiful smoke, floral notes, very light floral, subtle touch of paint (that's how I would describe it)
Finish: Gentle on the throat, persistent on the tongue, could go towards the Salzukruste, quite dry. but unfortunately no revelation

ARDMORE 1992-2011 18yo ADRATTRAY 46.8% Matured in Barrel Cask No.:4905 one of 207 bottles · Fragrance: peach, pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit, pretty fruity, petted feel like dried pepper malt, nuances near 90's bowmore · Taste: At first it is very fruity such as tropical fruit and peach, young pete feeling also has a nuance close to young bowmore again, it is refreshing but refreshed, it does not last long, it does not last long, the second half is smoked and grassy, a little egg taste Young Morti with body, body is lighter than imagined · Reverb: Smoky & Mortiy lingering finish with no fruit and sweet taste, it will be short for a while · Water addition: Morti and youngness come out beforehand and the sweet taste does not become good, the egg taste becomes conspicuous · Overall rating: Although it has directional tropical feel like 90's bowmore, the sweetness is modest and the body is thin, there is no tide or dashy feeling. There is no iodine, the feeling of peat is the main smoke, it is quite fun to compare with Bowmore. Is it a particularly interesting place compared to Islay that it is lightly smooth even though Pete is working firmly.
