The colour is chestnutoloroso sherry and the texture shows some slow legs and medium tears. The nose offers a typical modern sherry profile without flaws but without highlights too.
The taste is very sweet with all the sherry-induced flavours one can think of, very quaffable.
The mouthfeel is a little hot and peppery but nicely coating. The finish is of medium length and vanishes nicely in waves. Water smoothes the dram and improves both the mouthfeel and finish, I like it better when reduced (one point up).
