Whisky Reviews for Glenfarclas 08-year-old
22 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 78.47 points
- Located along the River Spey, Glenfarclas sees fame as both a top flight Scotch whisky and one of the oldest distilleries. Glenfarclas boasts having six of the largest stills on Speyside, although they are unique in more than just their size, being direct-fired by gas, as opposed to the more common method of steam heating.

- Even the 8 Series can be as excellent as almost all Glenfarclas verriechen. G uter entry into the world of Glenfarclas, is great for comparison with the older siblings, young but still no NAS, this good in price.
Presence of apple odor, sour apple rings, gummy bears, vanilla, chewing gum, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and above all discreetly hot alcohol
Citrus notes, slightly impetuous, fruity and sprightly
again sweet, rather short but pleasantly warm, low alcohol but also no great influence on tap
