A lot of caramel, a flowery overtone, some malt. Over time comes a light citrus scent, lime, maybe some grapefruit. Peach notes, a little pear. The caramel disappears, the flower meadow remains, the citrus notes are getting stronger. When warming strong zest, some caramel in the background. At the end again a lot of malt and caramel. The alcohol stays behind at any time. A dash of vanilla with some water and actually some ham before the flavors equalize again.

Decent onset, lots of caramel, but rather dry, citrusy, very astringent. Much sweeter with water, hardly any zest, a bit flatter, but still good.

Medium long, sweet, pleasant, pleasant, but also dry. Still astringent. Remains slightly nutty in the mouth at the end.
