Promise not kept! Pity ! Enthusiasm: Nose 4/5 Mouth and Finale: 3/5 Whisky n ° 1361
    • Nose
Delicate and vegetal with a note of apricot, he looks a little side of Littlemill. Light and dusty malt, generous in aromas. Fresh, with mint, it is pastry and delicately woody.
    • Taste
A faded version of what was promised on the nose: it is silky to the touch. Only vanilla and the pastry side remain.
    • Finish
A bit weak and simple on vanilla.

  3. Mr.Sandwich scored this whisky 85 points Expert Senior

Slightly flat on the chest, not particularly complex, but still a nice whisky.
    • Nose
Gentle, with strewn fruit, vanilla and white chocolate
    • Taste
Very soft, sweet and balanced. Had a slightly higher alcohol level tolerated. This is followed by spices, fruits, chocolate and vanilla. The wood is barely noticeable.
    • Finish
The finish is short and sweet

    2nd:
a little sweet spices, glue, mango, melon and a slight trace of smoke on a creamy return.

On the nose, floral scents, then vanilla and strawberry compote subtle!

    TASTING NOTE by G&M;

    Colour: Dark straw.

    WITHOUT WATER:

Nose: Initially fresh with hints of dried fruits - apricots and peaches. A lemon

freshness becomes evident and a hint of cinnamon develops.

Palate: Some delicate peat, intertwined with sherry sweetness. Mouth watering

    with a delicate butterscotch edge.

    WITH WATER:

Nose: Fresh and fruity - defined citrus influences. Some pear and apple

    influences, retains a heavy sweetness.

Palate: Mouth warming, pronounced sweetness and very smooth.

    Body: Light.

    Finish: Medium to long.

    Cask Type(s): Refill Sherry butts.
