Mouth: strong, salty, peat, ash, tart oak, leather and something artificial (plastic) - slightly rounder with water and the artificial note disappears.
Departure: strong smoky, bitter oak, really many bitter substances (chicory), tobacco and the sherry brings a few sweet flavors, as there are only in the background. Water brings no change.
Conclusion: a peaty sherry beast. Maybe a little too tart. The bitter substances are already very present and take on the finish a bit over the top.
