It's summer. It's really hot. And then you tip a bottle of Riesling over warm pebbles or slate. In addition, virulent fruit and herbal notes. Butter biscuits are ready for dipping.
That's pretty wild! There is yeast and malt, almost a scoop of beer schnapps. But also cooked beef and an earthy note. And again and again in between Riesling with overflowing minerality and fruit. Very unusual and demanding.
A fortified Riesling, the alcohol is slightly narcotic. Sour fruit, endless minerality again and finally there is sourdough just before it goes into the oven.
