You should let it breathe and it will drastically improve
I found it quite shy on the nose unfortunately. Alcohol is nicely integrated though.
Rather straightforward campbeltown bourbon maturation, didn't really get much of the sherry. Fresh, honey, funky, some iodine, apples, some fruitiness but not enough.
Much better on the palate, oily, very nice frutiness comes through, apples, honey, salty, gasoline, slightly spicy, peppery.
Loads of honey, salty, fresh, slightly drying, citric, some minerality.
Overall not bad.
