- Tasted this one from an almost empty bottle with Martial H. this morning in Milan (about 11.30 AM) ... What an aperitif! Now I think I'm gonna eat a cow!
- Quite a powerful whisky that needs time and a touch of water. Rewards with patience.
White wine bright
Dull, creamy and fat start with an extra salty spice. In addition, notes of vanilla, green apple, brittle, cream, caramel and honey. Good, if not the best nose!
Amazingly soft and creamy, but at the same time extremely salty again. Only then does the alcoholic sharpness begin, which tingles the tongue. Light green lemon / lime fruit with vanilla, honey and hints of a fish soup!
Long - lemon, lime, tarragon, fish and crab in brine. But there is also a sweet-tart side in the finish, with honey, vanilla, herbs and a light wood content.
For 65% surprisingly soft start, which then later prove clearly the tongue.

- Not an outstanding dram , lacks complexity but still very drinkable
