It's been months that it is open and its complexity is only increasing and it does not take a default ... At the moment, with all that I already said, add the seed of mustard, the very old and authentic balsamic vinegar, the deepest and most refined curry .... Deep, ample, rich, complex, precise, expressive, greedy, moving, spiritual. This single grain is made of the same stuff as dreams ... Come on, I put it at 94. What I have drunk best to date, all categories combined.

Dilution does not change the profile of this whiskey grain high, it accentuates the velvety and Caribbean accents. Beautiful barrel. Foot!
    • Nose
Is it whiskey or an old and venerable rum? The first nose is a puff of brown sugar with nuances of coffee, caramel (the one we make with water), vanilla. Bourbon accents of the best barrel. With aeration, an incredible complexity but subtle: majestic roasted notes, sweet accents full of nobility, vanilla tips elegant and tasty; then: nuts and sweet spices, with some cooked fruit; tobacco leaves and cigar box; and most importantly, herbs and aromatic plants that inevitably make you think of a VEP chartreuse. Pollen and yellow flowers. Beautiful: we go from the sexy and greedy first nose to the aerial vertigo of the deep nose at a glance: the languor of the islands to the austerity of the monk cell. Needless to say, we do not smell alcohol at all despite the 57.2%
    • Taste
It oscillates between herbaceous dryness and sweet creaminess: magnificent bitters and voluptuous puffs of caramelized brown sugar with, like a fringe, around, flowers and aromatic herbs. The silk and the bure: faithful image of the nose. Full body with fine-grained tannins, which, for a wine lover, makes the beverage even more intoxicating, gustantly speaking.
    • Finish
Long and warm finish. Not hot, no, but a pulpy and fragrant heat ...
