    Colour: Dark gold
Nose: Very strong, raisins, honey, ripe banana, tropical fruit, ginger, waxed wood, nutmeg, hints of pepper.
Palate: Banana, pineapple, honey, canided ginger, hints of nutmeg and pepper.
Finish: Very long, fruity and slightly spicy.
Overall: A delicious dram from a lesser known distillery, richly flavoured with a creamy and waxy mouthfeel.

very strange whisky, i liked this one at first impression, but tasting this one for a 2nd and 3rd time makes me realize that it is a strange dram (with lot of candy and musty taste)

Really fun this one. Powerful, square aromas that express themselves without a hitch. Tasted blind.
    • Nose
Extremely fruity, we have pineapple, kiwi, passion fruit ... Red fruits too. Slightly herbaceous and a little creamy (butter) and pastry, oat flakes. The wood is very discreet, some spicy notes (ginger). Beautiful power.
    • Taste
BAM! Attack powerful, fruity and almost sweet, peaches and especially strawberries. Ginger is absolutely everywhere, must love. Personally it does not bother me at all! Very fresh licorice. Superb length, nice nice thickness. It sends!
    • Finish
Long, a little woody, very spicy. Always fruity.

The nose announces something nice but the mouth is not at all in the same line and is too unbalanced and sickening.
    • Nose
Very floral, we are here on the soap with lavender, without it being too dominant. There are a lot of fruits here: cherry plum, passion fruit, pineapple ... Alcohol tingles a little anyway !! It's very clean.
    • Taste
Attack (too) frank on the salted butter caramel and werther's original sweets and a floral break associated with a bit important bitterness. Too unbalanced, a little hot and not madly complex. In addition, these caramel notes are extremely sickening.
    • Finish
Long on flowers and a hint of butterscotch

Just not my style at all, but, I can appreciate how well made it is and how much is going on. But since I spit out parma mints, turkish delights & edinburgh rocks, this is not quite for me...
    • Nose
First of: powdery, marzipan, somewhat perfume-y, multitude of sweet artificial/uk candystore notes. (83)
A bit later: bright/dry oak coming through now, still a few truck loads of UK candy, now with more vanilla, some faint peaches  & grapes as well, still quite powdery. (84)
    • Taste
Uk candyshop, parma mints, some normal mints, some cherry ripes, some boiled lollies, some Edinburgh rock, rose water/turkish delights, also some dried flowers... (78)
Later: develops an interesting mineral & farmy note underneath, some rocks, some animal fur/hide, but still much overshadowed by the sweetie shop but adds greatly to the complexity/balance for me. (85)
    • Finish
extreme sweet notes mellow out a bit towards the finish, which for me is a good thing... cherry ripe drifts into dried cherries, some apples, cream soda. (84)
Later: more on marzipan now, still lots of vanilla concentrate & cream soda, also echoes from the candy land & faint fruits. (85)

similar nose as Cask6966 from the Bladnoch Forum, but less milky, more alcohol and a clearer fruit.
On the palate: also much fruity, although the basic tone is identical, very nutty, less creamy but more complex.
