Oak, raisin, sweet.
60.3 not over powering on the pallet which is nice, but too sweet for me.
Tastes young, no age stated, and we know it’s a young distillery but I was hoping for more.
I will keep checking individual barrels and am looking forward to more complexity from future hand fills.
