Only 9 years of maturation and a distillery certainly not among the most famous, but the result is truly excellent.
Very creamy, butter and ginger biscuit aroma, warm pandoro covered in icing sugar, freshly laundered sheets, dried flowers. With water it remains sweet and creamy, with a slight spiciness and a note of marshmallow. Perfectly integrated alcohol.
In the mouth it is sweet, still an impression of biscuits, this time with honey and lemon, tea and chamomile, aromatic herbs (sage). With water it becomes even more creamy and, like on the nose, a very pleasant hint of marshmellow emerges. More demanding alcohol, but with a little water it is more easily tolerated.
Long and greedy finish with notes of vanilla and butter biscuit.
