furniture polish, cereals, yellow fruits, pineapple, gingerbread, sweet spices, quite short on the finish, interesting.

With a lot of experience you can tell the youth of this distillate. But tasted blindly you might say: Oh, that's exciting. And also different. And new. I can't quite pin it down yet, but I'm looking forward to drinking more of it in the future. Let's see what a longer maturation time makes of it!

Pear and pepper, mango slices, herbs, mild smoke from incense sticks. Fresh oak and vanilla. Furniture polish and thinner. After some time, the herbs become mainly dill.

Again, bright and yellow fruits. Rather dry this time. Then comes a little polish and at the same time a lot of salt. The herbaceousness is in the direction of liquorice.

It doesn't stay very long, that's probably normal with this youth. The salt gets lemon to play with, that fits quite well. The herbs and spices also get an appearance again. Then it gets extremely dry over time.

The varnish notes are all over - not necessarily my favorite

Honey, ripe fruits, good sweetness, candy, varnish
    • Finish

It is hard to score such a young whisky, but must admit the nose is amazing. Really dirty, wood polish...but on the palate you see it's very young. Very promising distillery in the future.
