Full review in a flight of five Highland malts: https://keinehalbendrinks.de/2022/08/10/eine-hand-voll-highlands-teil-5/
Pear and pepper, mango slices, herbs, mild smoke from incense sticks. Fresh oak and vanilla. Furniture polish and thinner. After some time, the herbs become mainly dill.
Again, bright and yellow fruits. Rather dry this time. Then comes a little polish and at the same time a lot of salt. The herbaceousness is in the direction of liquorice.
It doesn't stay very long, that's probably normal with this youth. The salt gets lemon to play with, that fits quite well. The herbs and spices also get an appearance again. Then it gets extremely dry over time.
