Nice slightly sweet fruit... could be raspberry with some china oil. Some sulfur and mustiness. Slightly acidic. Roasted Almonds with Raspberry Frosting. Brutally good.

Sweet and spicy... getting stronger. Lots of oak and subtle smoke. Oily and creamy towards the finish. A few cherries are added, yes cherry liqueur. The wine barrel is something in the undertone. milk chocolate. I think I'll find more there...let's let it pass for a few weeks... Cute fair. Pure cocoa. Later salty caramel...
