- Probably the producers design their whisky with heart, but you have to be realistic the way is still long. (Whisky Passion).
A mixture of wild freshly cut herbs. A kind of dry wood, as well as a fruit blette, like quince. Well that's about it.
Well it's not bad as such, but frankly it does not happen much. It does not look so much like a whisky ... Frankly I do not really know what to say except that it is particularly nondescript. Maybe a little vanilla.
These are the vegetal notes that come back.
- A ch'Nord whisky! A really unique nose: wood crate, dust ... The mouth is a little weak, float (40 °, note) but quite fruity. The final, rather long, is also very singular. Herbaceous and a touch of green wood that settles, a minute later.
- For those who like Genever, Jenever, Holland Gin or Genièvre; you might like this! It doesn't come close to any single malt i've tasted, that ain't a compliment, sorry.
