I had to adjust again. Somehow the air in the sample bottle didn't do him any good. Seems pretty random now.
old: Pleasant old school sherry malt. Rather on the herbal-spicy side, with little dark ripe fruit. Dates, morello cherries and barrel seasoning. Incidentally, it's so on point that the 40% doesn't seem watery to me.
Malt, some wood spice and alcohol
Wood, delicate sherry aromas, malt and a hint of coconut. Some white pepper at the back.
Painless, with a slight bitter note.
Flavors not really recognizable.
