Sweet, gentle, citrus-y sherry notes, meaning there's a freshness and crispness here that's really enjoyable. It doesn't nose very engineered or overtly young. Subtle notes of raisins, red apples, figs and dried grass. Light floral touches too. More balanced than many other sherry matured official bottlings at a similar pricepoint.

Decent fatty texture, but a little less subtle now. Big, spicy arrival. Lots of ginger, pepper and cloves. Warming oak, raisins and milk chocolate are there in a supporting role.
-
Lingering spices, tannins and a touch of sweetened coffee.
