Gold dress, many tears, regular, fine and fast. It is concentrated on the nose, heady, a marinade of blackcurrant and cherry blossoms, orange blossom, acacia honey. A sweet and surprising sensation of red fruits, acid raspberry. Violet and anise, but also white flesh fruit like pear.Mineral and peppery, a little salty side.
The palate is sweet and concentrated on pear, acacia honey and white flowers, violet and a lactic impression of pear yoghurt. It's tender, sweet and salty, camphor, cocoa, wet rock and zan on the finish.
The finish is moderately long, earthy and mineral.
Dress: caramel Nose: not very expressive and difficult to decipher. It's round and fruity, some notes a little buttered and a background more mineral. Palate: creamy and warm, a greedy texture with fruit. Final: light smoke, a little drier. Comment: a whisky quite complex and difficult to access when we start.
