  1. Igor scored this whisky 90 points Expert Senior

An unusual Speysider indeed, - in a positive sense of course. This might be an interesting challenger both for peat-heads and for those preferring traditional Speyside. No matter who you are, try it - you won't regret, most likely you'll want more.
    • Nose
Buttery, cream, vanilla, cashew, almond, common soap. An intriguing combination of a mild smoke, that gives a proper dollop of an oomph to the flavour, with some sweetish Speyside notes. Sweetness becomes even more prominent after a while.
    • Taste
Full-bodied, succulent and chewy texture. Green sorrel, olives, hint of white wine. Apparently this is a good match for a beefsteak, kebab, grilled chicken or something.
    • Finish
Lasting. Vigorous, impulsive and explosive initially, it soothes partly in the midst, then attacks again. Beautifully balanced and highly enjoyable.
