About 6 months ago we got our hands on some incredible maple Syrup Casks from Vermont USA. These oak casks had Bourbon in them before going on to hold the Maple Syrup. We then put 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey into these casks for roughly 5 months to bring you this amazing Spirit Drink. Non Chill Filtered and Limited to 397 Bottles.
