Very correct and quite nice-tasting whisky. The first time I met to taste juniper fruit, something like Gin or cough syrup in it.
Alcohol very well hidden, it doesn't dominate the whole thing, because I don't like it. Lots of smoky and peat accents, but there is also a sweetness in the form of stewed plums, which collects the whole thing and introduces delicacy.

    Water drop...

The aroma has more notes of pine needles, peat and the earthiness have disappeared, here it looks like a plus.
The taste is more cough syrup, more sweets, vanilla and grapefruit are added, the saltiness remains, but not so intense. Escaped pepper and spice.
A more captivating finish, also long, more delicate with a pleasant bitterness and rubbed lemon peel. After a while, wet forest litter with a hint of mint appears.
Uuuuu .. Great !!! Much, much better. What does this descent a few% down.
For a drop of water, I would add 1 point to each of the ingredients.

fresh, very clear, pine needles, moss, red berries, a lot of peat, smoke and sticks burned in the fire
    • Taste
      85 85
sweet, juniper, sea salt, seaweed, a bit of vanilla, stewed smoked plums, raisins, mothballs and pepper in the background
    • Finish
      84 84
quite long, sweet, mineral, again sea salt, ending with a hint of oak bitterness and wet forest floor.

I'm no fun of Kilchoman and this bottle doesn't really change it. There is something in both nose and taste which doesn't work for me. Byre?

Dark, deep amber color. Definitely oily in the glass.

Full, intense, rich. Sweet. Lots of vanilla and caramel. A little peat in the background. Maybe some menthol. Needles in the background. After a while, even floral and citrus appear.
    • Taste
      87 87
Thick and full. A lot of sweets. Caramel. Peat. Maybe leather. Smoke. Spices. White pepper. Just a bit of spice.
    • Finish
      88 88
Fullness and intensity. Peat. Smoke. Herbalism. Earthiness. Sea salt. Spices. White pepper. Long finish.

Single cask # 716, strength 55.7%, nine months of finishing in a sauternes barrel, 50 ppm malt naphtha, concerto barley. Selection Łukasz Gołębiewski, November 22, 2021. The aroma of sweet smoke, vanilla pudding, oranges, delicacies, and a lot of minerals, moss, sun-warmed forest. Cookies and raisin notes. Salty, smoky and slightly sweet in the mouth - raisins, dried apricots, salted caramel. In the finish there is smoke, saltiness, citrus in the background and mineral notes.
