It's brown sugar, cardamom and sherry.
Nose has hot spice, sweet toffee, little bit of wood.
Palate has pepper spice which feels like newish oak cutting through the very sweet liquid, finish isn't hugely long but is a nice mix of brown sugar and heat. The sweetness is not as toffee like and pure sugar- can def feel the sherry or sweet wine effect rising to the fore past the woof and spice- thats why we like it so much.
Finish - not everlasting but long enough to make you remember that you will want more
