Overall tasty, but not at the price of around 160 euros. Comparable sherry bombs can also be found under / around 100 euros.

Super dark fruity nose with only a very subtle sweetness. Lots of dry fruits in taste, plus a fine note of leather. Then he opens it again with a drop of water.

  8. NorthCoast500 scored this whisky 86 points Expert Senior

An easy drinking malt from Glenrothes distillery. The sherry finish seems a bit cheap in the overall taste. Much better with a bit of water, but still way too expensive for the quality offered.

  9. Querky scored this whisky 90 points Expert Junior

Loads of dark, dried fruits, perfect old school sherry influence. Soft grains, umami, with the distillery character still shining through. Perfectly balanced, very classic sherry bomb.
