    Overall review: The wine from Signatory's stock should not have higher expectations than his own product, and the overall level is slightly above the average level of the Signatory 95 kitten.
    • Nose
      88 88
      A mixture of waxy figs, dry smoke and salt, with a strong sulfur smell, shoe polish from leather shoes, orange blossom water, the smell of pork, and red apples with skins. After standing for 20 minutes, the smoke and smoke dissipated a little, and we got Jiuzhihuamei, cream, lard, red apple cider vinegar, candied orange peel, and lit rubber.
    • Taste
      88 88
      Palate: A lot of apple cider vinegar, yes, lots of sweet orange sauce and sweet demerara sugar, some ebony bite, lots of pure dark chocolate bitters running off the back end with traces of wet wood chips , and some mint leaves mixed with wood slag. The wine is more oily, the taste is mainly sweet and sour, and the final bitterness is slightly unpleasant.
    • Finish
      86 86
      Aftertaste: Wet wood chips and black pepper, bitter orange peel, pharmacy.

      Slightly salted raisins, Korean roasted seaweed and oyster sauce, exotic for a Clynelish. Then pepper powder, minerals, sand, mussels with garlic and butter, as well as some cherries and grape skin. I also observed gunpowder after a sip.
    • Taste
      88 88
      Purple grapes, dried blueberries, red delicious and burning sand. After some chewing, the sweetness dropped quickly with the resurgence of lamp oil, floor wax, plum skin, seaweed, minerals and a bit of burnt wood.
    • Finish
      87 87
      Loads of minerals, deeply roasted chestnut shells, dried blackberries without the sweetness, some caramel and lingering smoke that came from dark dried fruits.

    Alcohol ABV: 53% Cask:Sherry Butt

    =>Nose: Leather crème brûlée

    =>Taste: Rich oily tasting, light sherry,To be honest the taste is rather mediocre compare with some good old Clynelish like DD25 years old by the Nectar. Some one may say LMDW artiest series is more like a Michelin star restaurant. Its more upper Class. But I rather to have a decent Fried Gui Diao at a local Hawker Centres.
