    Tasted blind.

Pleasant dram which stays quite grassy and light with a touch of honey. The slight bitterness and dryness is quite comfortable.

Very woody nose, on wax and lemon, ointment, it's dynamic, ethereal, evanescent, cloud of iodine, white fruits, liquid honey. Applesauce, with a pinch of cinnamon. The palate is a little light, but very soft, mellow, nice, more on vanilla and pastry cream, but without it being really greedy, all of this is nuanced, subtle, smooth. So to speak no spices. The finish is well done, as if crunching on a slice of sponge cake, long, tinderwood, nutmeg, heather. A grape.

gold. Aromatic very sweet nose with vanilla, honey, pear, fruit candies, dough, cinnamon and something of varnish or hay in the background. The palette shows a lot of ripe pear and spicy licorice. The aftertaste changes from sweet to spicy and bitter wood. The nose is very interesting. The palette is a nice balance between fruit and spices, the aftertaste is also on the sharp side. Nice balance, could be a bit fuller in palette and aftertaste.

Good whisky, but not considering to get again. Light and sweet, but also nippy.

Fragrance: pear, apples, lemon, lemon cake, barley, vanilla. Also comes from fruity as if old sherry casks have also been used.
Taste: sweet, pear, a little spice, fresh, lime, vanilla,
Finish: pear juice, chamomile, slightly drier and spicier after a while.
