[81 - 78 = 'ok' whiskey -> but do I need a whole bottle?]
light phenolic peat smoke with a maritime (salty-looking) undertone.
Over time, the peat smoke gets a little stronger and the salty spray with seaweed is supposedly stronger.
Behind on the fruity side: sweet lemons, apples and pears.
Everything has a flavor of nutmeg and black pepper.
Eich wort is noticeable in the background, but not really fully developed.
full spice immediately on the tongue, but also full spiciness (not peppery, but alcohol-spicy), which goes away quickly.
It gets dry on the tongue quite quickly and the peat smoke arrives with a delay, but the taste also initially remains on a low level.
Over time, I began to see ignition platelets, slight DMTS associations with gunpowder; but that also somehow goes in the direction of maritime salty air.
Second sip: the spiciness comes back a little delayed after the wort.
The fruits are now a little easier to grasp, but almost drowned in the heat ... what a shame.
What remains is a slightly bitter note, sometimes something like gunpowder, sometimes something salty-maritime.
