This Talisker belongs to the Distillers Edition of the Classic Malts of Scotland. The single malt matured in Amoroso sherry casks for at least three months. The smoky, spicy and sometimes hot character of the distillery is wonderfully complemented with sweetness and complexity.

A scent of sherry, some chocolate and raisins, light peat smoke.

Complex and intense on the tongue. Start with peat and burnt sugar. Very sweet but also peppery and spicy with roasted malt on the palate.

Sweet, warming peat smoke and notes of vanilla and malt.
