Strong, phenolic-medicinal peat smoke is in the foreground. Citrus fruits (lemons, oranges, tangerines) appear behind. The whole results in an interesting mixture of sweet and sour impressions. Over time, however, the sweet fruits predominate. Canned peaches, fruit salad with a hint of flowers, pineapple and cotton candy come through. A real fruit bomb! The smoke, which was very intense in the beginning, is already very well integrated into the fruity sweetness after a short time. After tasting, I find more floral notes, as well as caramel, hazelnuts and a touch of oak.
Like the nose, very sweet with an intense fruit cocktail. I can find almost all fruit from the nose, complemented by red apples and pears. The smoke lags behind the sweet fruit from the start. The consistency is very syrupy and oily. After a few seconds, the oak comes through again. The mouthfeel is slightly bitter and complemented by nutty notes.
Initially sweet and fruity with a hint of bittersweet oak and hazelnuts. Overall very pleasant and about medium length. Afterwards I still have a trace of oranges on the tongue.
