If someone is considering selling this whisky on an auction platform because they didn't like it, please let us know. I would buy it directly. Also an open bottle. I like it, but I also have an unusual taste, apparently.
# smoked goat meat in raspberry jam and sweet glue from old books
Very nice dram, pleasant mixture of red fruitiness and smoky elements. Sherrycask influence is very dominant, but with a little imagination the subtle peat on the background still holds the HP profile a little.
Very full scent, immediately a nice mixture of red fruits and roasted meat. Plums, raisins, bacon. Quite some alcohol, apple sirup, earthy notes. Some slight peaty notes.
Quite powerful, very thick, oily structure. Oranges, plums, raisins. Earthy notes. Far away some peat, spicy.
More smooth now, still thick. Plums, a clear touch of woodsmoke now. Pretty long finish. Later on cigar tobacco peeps in, making the finish longer.
