Burnt, buttered toast with kippers followed by chocolate Hob Nobs, oiler leather, Butterkist popcorn, molasses toffee, liniment, figs, (possibly fig rolls), and dried apricots.
A lovely, oily texture, gunpowder, cordite, and a salty, burnt toffee to finish. Swan Vesta matches with a lively Oloroso sherried notes taking over and a soft, smooth texture.
A hit finish which is bother peppery and smoky with lingering oils and more cordite - fireworks.
