The smell and aftertaste are very good, the taste is slightly more salty and spice, which suppresses the expression of fresh fruit flavors. Of course, it may also be caused by some oxidation of the shared bottle, but overall a good product.

Some honey, fresh fruit, juicy pears, oranges, a bit of white flowers. After standing, there are some spice flavors, cinnamon, a little salty, and the flavors of fresh fruit and honey are also opened.
    • Taste
      86 86
The entrance is salty and sweet, rich aroma of white flowers, a little straw, oily, salty butter, roasted salty nuts, obvious spice flavor, cinnamon, star anise, a little pepper. The smell of fresh fruit and honey serves as a background, not as obvious as the smell. There's a bit of alcohol in it, but it's not a mouthful.
    • Finish
      88 88
The finish is long, sea salt, spice, a little bitterness of herbs, then sugar water, and the sweet taste of pear slowly comes out.

The bottling price of Xiao Song, a well-known barrel expert from China, is 1750rmb in China, which is very cost-effective.

The smell is very fresh, with bright and lively tonality, and a good sense of balance and coordination; the flavor is creamy and green and yellow fruits, and the flavor of the fruit is closer to the outside of the peel, not too mature and fruity; the overall sense of pleasure is good, and the degree of opening is me I feel a little conservative, not too open.
    • Taste
      89 89
Sweet and sour fruit juice, green apple, lemon, pear juice, mixed with rich malt; the wine is medium to low in strength, light, watery, but within a relatively acceptable range; woody and other tannins feel astringent It is perceived in the middle and late, and it subsides quickly without too strong astringent feeling. High degree of pleasure and high openness.
    • Finish
      87 87
The length of the final rhyme is above medium, the richness is weak, a small amount of malt, licorice, honey, woody, and the pleasantness is medium to high.

    Color: Light golden yellow.
Smell: The medium-strength alcohol sense first brought out some sour gas, which mixed with the wheat aroma to form an aroma similar to that of freshly baked bread being torn apart. More citrus and grapefruit, magnolia blossoms, a little cream on popcorn...getting off the beaten track in alcohol.
Drinking: The oily feeling is not strong, and the creamy sweetness in the entrance stops, quickly showing crisp pears, loquats and apricots, followed by alcohol that brings some fruit popping candy. The woody fragrance lingers in the nostrils with a floral fragrance, with the scent of some dried tea leaves looming, and then some gentle woody notes with a three-dimensional aroma.
Finish: The aftertaste is slightly bitter and aromatic when swallowed, resembling fresh orange peel oil; a touch of oak. Long breath.

Smell: mild alcohol stimuli, toast, butter, active citrus, grapefruit, green apple, fragrant pear and other fruits. After the cup is awake for a while, it shows a slight white flower fragrance, sweet and sour jam, sea salt milk cover, and the thickness has increased.

Palate: Medium body, oily expression, low sweetness, straw, pear, loquat, white pomelo, orange peel, lemon juice, coconut milk in the back, heavily toasted wood.
Finish: Long, mint leaves, lemongrass, a touch of oak, Sydney.

Overall comment: Linkwood is a winery with a high lower limit and a low upper limit, and its products are often of high quality but mediocre. However, due to the obvious characteristics of its winery style, the performance of older barrels is often very balanced. This barrel is a typical representative of older Linkwood.

My retail price is 1750 yuan including postage and tax, for your reference.
