N: Sherry-berry mix, then peat, cinnamon, withered black berries, raisins, prunes, smoked meat.
T: Soft and tender, sweet and sour, berry, blueberry, black currant, a bit of sweet cherry, spicy spices and tender tart bitterness.
F: Peppermint, slightly bitter, diminishes slowly and gently, leaving pepper and burnt.
B: Excellent sherry peat. The barrel lay on the soft Bowmore's ayla just fine.
