Nice sweetness, malty, citrus - maybe orange, orange oil, a slight tart or bitterness. Some nice spice mixed with some cask influence. A light dusting of chocolate…cocoa powder and some apple skin. I liked with a drop of water.

      Aroma: + H2O:
aromatic and fruity-spicy nose, some grain, light sweetness, light fruits, a few oranges convey a pleasantly spicy first impression. After a while, wood / oak notes follow slightly, idea herbaceous, spices / baking spices (vanilla).
Without adding water and after a while in the glass, a fleeting note of overripe fruit, more apple aromas, oranges, followed by a slightly dusty note of grain, wood / oak. Some of the flavors remind me a little of my distillery tour at Balblair.

      Taste: + H2O:
Need a little time in the glass.
Spicy and somewhat fruity, wood / oak notes and spice, also here light grain notes and light fruits, slightly sweet-tart, (perhaps a tad too much wood / oak) hint of chocolate.
Without water: with a light start, spicy-fruity, sweet-tart-sweet, light fruits, oranges, spices / baking spices. In small sips, the alcohol remains well integrated and does not become hot or hot. This is followed by wood / oak, light grain notes, a hint of barrel, idea perfumed, a little dark chocolate. Trace dry towards the finish.

hmm, depending on how long it stayed in the mouth before that, it tastes slightly sweet and spicy, a little fruity, later a touch of tart, spices, grain. If it stayed in the mouth for a shorter time, first with a hint of barrel, wood / oak spice, then a little fruity and spicy, a trace of grain, spices, the idea of chocolate. At the end, it finishes off slightly sweet and malty.
