Palate: creamy, macerated strawberries with balsamic vinegar, Red Vines and pick 'n mix raspberries
Finish: vanilla and cinnamon, instant coffee with smoked paprika, tannic- mulled wine and sangria, Cinnamon Grahams and oat biscuits, there's a warming length to it

Nose: green almonds, musk, jasmine and honeysuckle, jacaranda and fuschia berries, cherry pits and black winegums, rhubarb and custard sweets
Palate: sweeter and sharper, duck breast with cherry sauce, black cardamom and orchid root, membrillo, chilean guavas and red dragonfruit
Finish: cherry juice, icing sugar and sugared almonds, Victoria plums and spent oranges, crystallised rose petals and hibiscus
