Dry, but fruity. sweet and licorice, orange peel.
A bit sweet with fruit at first, but then a firm bitterness, which pushes the fruit tones to the background. Pepper, a little sharp.
A drop of water does it well and makes the whole softer and friendlier.
I'm curious what oxygen in the bottle will do with this one.
After the bitterness disappears, the typical Ben Nevis fruit explosion comes. Although it's more of a rock here. But the taste does linger for a long time.
