The barrel has already had "some" influence. However, I definitely don't think of Guinness when I enjoy it...
I would have preferred 2-3 more years in the barrel.
Much sweeter than most standards though. smoked ham. Phenol. Slightly burnt marshmallow. Guinness doesn't really hit the first nose. Some orange oil. Slight acidity. sweet vanilla Salty-Maritime. Herbs. White chocolate.
Fresh and cool start with sweet phenol. White chocolate. light smoke Great malt notes. Light fruit. Salty-Maritime. pepper ham.
Medium - Long.
White chocolate. Phenol smoke and oak have been around the longest!
Impact of green tea. herbs (rosemary?).
