had my first Corryvreckan about somewhere around 2011, and while it is still a powerful dram it kind of has lost its shine for me over the years/

Room temperature when drinking: 15 ℃

    Viewing Eyes: golden yellow

Smell Nose: Very prominent iodine, familiar smoke, lime, disinfection potion, rubber gloves. Salty, slightly fishy, humid sea breeze, seaweed, and high alcohol-induced cooling. Syrup, mint tea, passion fruit juice + mango juice, stale dried cranberry, dried fruit, Qia Qia seeds, peeled fried peanuts, ham sausage, oil harala flavor, faintly smelly mandarin fish, a long old The decayed atmosphere, engine oil + yeast dough.

Taste Palate: Not too low in sweetness, the stimulation of jam, longan, jackfruit, and fruit acid cannot be ignored either. Immediately turned into a wooden barrel, a little diesel, ash, smoke, charcoal charcoal, bonfire. Alcohol stimulation not to be ignored

End rhyme Finish: super long, sterilized water, the bitter taste of lemon peel continues, smoked sausage, dust from dust, Zhengshan race, with a hint of sweetness at the end.

Body: It is a full-bodied medium-bodied body with a fat texture that is slightly thick, slightly tight, with a bitter bottom and no tannins.

    Nose: 87/100

    Palate: 87/100

    Finish: 86/100

    Body: 88/100

    Overall: 86.5 / 100

Overall: As always salty. After adding three drops of water, the alcohol stimulation increased significantly when drinking. The taste was more of bacon and coconut. The bitterness and fragrance of the lemon peel were amplified, and at the same time it became more salty. It was obviously a mistake.
